Purpose
Mesh fences divide warehouse and production areas into separate zones. This may be necessary when different tenants are sharing the same premises. It may also be necessary if it is necessary to divide the area into separate sites for storage or production of different types of products.

Description
The mesh fence is based on metal grids and can be made in almost any configuration. The fence may include openings for staff passage or the passage of warehouse equipment. Horizontal, vertical and diagonal beams are used as support elements, similar to those used in racking structures.
The meshes on which the fencing is based are produced in special semi-automatic high-temperature presses. They affect the intersections of the wire rods; as a result, they are firmly connected to each other. The grid is made of galvanised steel wire. The choice of such raw materials is determined by high requirements for product strength, as well as resistance to corrosion.
Individual meshes have relatively small dimensions. This means that large partition walls are segmented and made up of several identical grids. On the one hand, this makes installation slightly more difficult. On the other hand, it allows you to make fences in almost any configuration, depending on the required premise layout and design specifications.
The grids and support elements are connected to one another by means of threaded elements, while the supporting beams are attached to the surface by anchoring bolts. This makes it possible to change the layout of the premise when needed quickly.
In some cases, it makes sense to use full metal sheets instead of grids for zoning. In this case, embossed sheet profile is usually used. Then, the connection with the supporting structure is made using fasteners.
