Purpose
They are designed for intensive work in the field of storage and transportation of parts in the automotive industry, assembly and machine-building industries. We often use them in working with electronics due to their resistance to electrostatic influences. We use primary polypropylene (PP) for production and die-casting technology. The material contains special dispersing additives, which ensures electrostatic stability. Thick walls and numerous stiffening ribs make KLT crates strong and durable. This design allows you to reduce costs due to the design working life, which is at least 10 years.

Description
A special material made of a conductive compound guarantees a high level of protection of stored elements. KLT crates are available in two versions: with a solid and reinforced bottom. The second variant (RL-KLT) is reinforced with additional stiffening ribs on the bottom and is suitable for heavier parts. This design also avoids slipping, provides high impact resistance, and enhanced product safety. Smooth-bottomed containers (R-KLT) are ideal for lighter parts as well as conveyor belt work. The design with side finger grippers makes it easy to carry crates; card bins are provided.
As an option, the crates come with covers that can be sealed to protect cargo against damage during transportation and storage. A coupling bumper allows you securely stack containers in height. A common 1200x800 mm cover helps securely pack the pallet formed from the crates.
Stiffening ribs around the perimeter will provide the highest impact resistance and a long service life, at least 10 years. Sklad Service as the official representative and exclusive importer of iPlast products provides a manufacturer warranty for 1 year.
