Purpose
You can use telescopic conveyors to simplify loading and unloading of goods in boxes or crates. Their use makes it possible to speed up the movement of cargo from the warehouse directly to the place of placement in the truck, leaving only the stacking functions to loaders. Description
Telescopic conveyors will become an indispensable equipment for companies, which handle large volumes of products by crates, boxes, bags or by piece rather than by pallet norms. The conveyor is installed stationary on a ramp directly in front of the gate. At the beginning of the loading process, a telescopic mechanism extends the belt to the front edge of truck body, and as the truck is filled, staff can gradually move the conveyor backwards, closer to the gate. In this way, the goods that staff need to stack in the truck are moved to the location not manually, but in semi-automated mode.
Telescopic conveyors multiply increase productivity, as unnecessary movements are reduced to a minimum. At the same time, boxes are fed at an ergonomic height, which allows staff to remain strong for longer and avoid joint injuries.
