Purpose

Description
Mesh shelves for racks are flat structures made of durable steel wire. The distance between the wires depends on the strength and load capacity requirements of the panel.
There are bends on the two opposite sides of the mesh, which are necessary to place the shelf on the beams of the rack securely. They prevent an accidental displacement of the element to one side, due to which the shelf itself and the goods placed on it may fall. Usually you can install it by simply laying the panel on horizontal elements of the warehouse structure. In some cases, threaded fastener is used to fix the mesh in one place.
A key advantage of these products is their low weight, which greatly simplifies and speeds up transportation and installation in the desired location. Besides, such elements increase the effectiveness of fire extinguishing with ceiling sprinklers. The fact is that water can thus reach all tiers of the rack without hindrance, including those that are fire sources.
