Purpose
This is a popular type of warehouse equipment, which is often used in small warehouses with low turnover. Electric stackers can work in aisles from 2100 mm wide (depending on the model), allowing compact storage of products at medium storage heights.
The stacker has a special feature, i.e. its support legs extend far forward in front of the rigidly fixed mast to ensure full stability. This means that when removing goods from the top tiers, the pallet in the rack must be as level as possible, so as not to interfere with the support legs going inside.

Description
Stackers are designed to work efficiently in confined spaces, even in areas with narrow aisles between racks and other stationary objects. These units are small enough to be used in tight spaces, yet high enough to reach up to 5.5 m on the third or fourth storey of a high-level rack. Regardless of the model, pedestrian stackers are fast enough to move and handle goods, which has a positive effect on the efficiency of the warehouse or production facility.
Some stacker models (mainly in the medium and premium price segments) are equipped with an automatic parking brake so that you can transport goods safely even on slopes and ramps. This type of machine is electrically powered and therefore does not require liquid fuel, which reduces operating costs by a substantial margin. Besides, the simple design increases the time between scheduled maintenance.
The pedestrian stacker can be fitted with a lead-acid, gel or lithium-ion battery. Li-Ion batteries are considered the best choice because they do not release harmful substances when damaged, have a high capacity (the difference is about 30% at the same cost) and have the longest service life, which is up to 20 years of active operation.
In most cases, lithium-ion batteries are removable. This allows 24/7 continuous operation (with changeable batteries). You can charge them from a conventional 220V socket; a full charge takes just 2.5 hours.
