Purpose
You can use them for transporting goods in standardised packaging between storeys of storage racks. Spiral roller conveyors are used for lowering crates, boxes and containers downwards. Belt conveyor designs, on the other hand, are capable of both lowering and lifting cargos. The minimal sizes of the lift combined with the high performance makes this type of equipment extremely useful on the shop floor and logistics centres with large cargo flows of small-piece goods.

Description
We can use spiral conveyors as an independent element for lifting or lowering cargo between storeys, or as part of a complete automation system for enterprises, warehouses, logistics centres and transport terminals.
This system will be very relevant for multi-storey shelf storage. Typically, goods are lifted onto the mezzanine in pallet norms and then distributed to the storage areas. Generally, already picked orders in the individual crates are lowered. A spiral lift based on a roller conveyor would therefore be the perfect solution for fast transfer of orders to the unloading area. Due to the simplified design without a drive and complex mechanisms, this option is relatively affordable financially.
If there is a need to move goods to upper tiers, you can use a belt driven lift. A plastic or rubber base provides the crate with a reliable support that prevents it from slipping. In some cases, additional dividers are used which grip the container and push it upwards, thus avoiding spontaneous movement.
Each spiral lift is individually designed based on client needs and facility characteristics. Load-bearing racks are a reliable base for a spiral conveyor, the height of which can reach 12 meters.
