Purpose
Transport monorails for warehouses are used for automatic and semi-automatic movements of goods on special rails. These systems ensure high efficiency of incoming goods and raw material handling in logistics centres with a high goods turnover along fixed routes.

Description
You can use conveying-loading monorail systems in warehouses with high turnover of goods. They help to optimise the handling of goods in routine operations of goods receipt processing and distribution.
Automated shuttles will be most effective in conditions where most routes are fixed and usage is constant. It then becomes possible to move goods and cargo fully automatically without the need for additional staff.
The shuttles move along special pre-laid monorail routes. Their arrangement must be designed in such a way as to enable the shuttles to bring in cargo, place it on the racks by means of stacker cranes and then pick up the pallets. One suitable option would be the use of gravity racks.
The movement is controlled by a special base station, which is contacted by radio signals. Routes and necessary actions are set by means of a control panel. The monorail shuttles can also be integrated into the internal warehouse management system. With proper configuration, it is possible to set up an almost fully automated product handling.
