Design description
The 110 and 225-litre folding containers are available in the most common European sizes of 800x600 mm and 1200x800 mm, respectively. They are ideal for transport on Euro pallets. Thanks to their design features, they can be stacked on top of each other without damaging the goods inside. The internal height of the legs is 97 mm with a total height of 395 mm. This means that they are easy to grab with a forklift or any other loading equipment.
The folding containers have perforated reinforced walls and bottoms. You always have the option of folding them, so they take up a minimum of cargo space in reverse logistics. This is an excellent example of European-quality reusable packaging.
The folding elements of the containers are durable. The polypropylene (PP) material makes the containers lightweight and all elements are elastic. The weight of the containers, depending on the model and volume, is 11 kg and 17.5 kg, which is significantly lower than conventional metal or wooden containers. This is of great importance during transportation and storage, as the weight of the container adds weight to the cargo space in the truck body or rack cell.
The containers are easy to keep clean - they are easy to wash, dry and do not corrode. The standard colours are green and grey. The range can be expanded to include yellow, blue, red and white.
