Purpose
You can use high lift scissor tables in production facilities and warehouse complexes for transporting goods to high-rise tiers and storeys. An increase in the maximum lifting height of the platform is possible due to the presence of a movable scissor system. Special protective barriers are provided to prevent people, animals or valuable property from entering the space under the cargo platform. This increases the safety of operations.

Description
The high lift scissor tables do not fundamentally differ from standard lifts in terms of design and operation. The main difference is the presence of two scissor mechanisms instead of one. This allows for a higher lifting height of the platform without increasing its area.
Scissor mechanisms are movably connected at the ends of the beams. A pneumatic unit pushes the upper ends of the lower mechanism higher and reduces the distance between them. A similar effect occurs with the second mechanism.
You can choose this design if you need to increase the lifting height without enlarging the platform. The fact is that with single scissor mechanisms, the length of the crossed beams has a direct effect on the ability to lift to a specific level. If a high level is required, their length and therefore the platform area must be increased. This makes it impossible to accommodate a lift table in small premises. The use of an additional scissor mechanism solves this problem. To ensure absolute safety when operating the mechanism, a special protection fence is provided, which prevents unauthorised access to the hoisters. There is also a sliding door; when it is in an open position, the automation does not allow the platform to be repositioned.
In addition, to increase the lift height and reduce the risk of failure, stronger grades of structural steel are used in production. Hydraulic units with increased power are used as drive mechanisms. Ultimately, this makes the high lift scissor tables as efficient and reliable as possible.
Due to their advanced design, you can use them in multilevel structures such as production premises, logistics centres, warehouses, transport and other infrastructure facilities. Some models are designed for use in multi-storey car parks. In this case, high lift scissor tables save useful areas by eliminating the need for standard approach ramps.
