Design description

The container is made of pure polyethylene using rotational moulding, which ensures uniform wall thickness and high structural strength. The use of virgin raw materials guarantees the absence of harmful compounds and heavy metals that may be present in recycled plastic.

The material is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and most chemical compounds. The container is not affected by ultraviolet radiation, does not fade in the sun, does not crack in the cold and is not subject to corrosion, ensuring a long service life even in the harshest weather conditions.

The container design is ergonomically sound. The double-layer lid with a hinge mechanism can be opened in two ways: partially for quick access to the contents near the wall, or completely, rotating 180 degrees for maximum convenience. The lid is equipped with a padlock hole to protect the contents from unauthorised access and theft.

A capacity of 80 litres and a load capacity of 100 kg provide sufficient material reserves to respond quickly to deteriorating weather conditions. If necessary, an internal partition can be installed to store two different reagents in one container, for example, sand and salt separately.

The aesthetic appearance and choice of colours (yellow, green, red, blue, grey) allow the container to blend seamlessly into any urban environment. Other colours are available on request to match corporate branding or specific requirements. Environmentally friendly organic pigments without heavy metals such as cadmium are used in production. The container is 100% recyclable at the end of its service life.

The dimensions of the product (770×580×440 mm) provide an optimal balance between capacity and compactness. The design allows the container to be easily moved and placed in any location.
