Design description
Collapsible plastic containers of European quality are available in a wide range of sizes and modifications. The most popular dimensions are 1200x800 mm, in addition, there are options for 820x620 mm, non-standard 1227x1027 mm and 1211x811 mm. The weight of the containers depends on the model and ranges from 11 kg to 40 kg.
The wall material is polypropylene (PP), the base and lid are made of low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE). The material is lightweight and flexible. All of this does not weigh down the weight of the empty container, which is important during transport and storage. When filled, the containers can be stacked without damaging the products, they have high legs and reinforced side ribs. Plastic makes it easy to clean hygienically. Grease, resin, and alkalis do not eat into the surface of the container material. They are maintainable and have a service life of over 10 years.
The containers are versatile as they can be used as standalone containers. They are placed on a pallet-type platform. They are convenient for warehouse equipment, as the base is in the form of pallets on legs, two and three skids: they can be two- and four-way pallets. There is no difference from which side the warehouse worker should pick up the container. This significantly saves time on loading and unloading operations. In addition, some container models are equipped with polyurethane wheels.
When folded, the containers significantly save warehouse space - about 60%. The walls of the containers can be folded and packed into the base. There are also models of containers with hinged doors, which simplifies access to products. The time for disassembling and reassembling the container is a matter of minutes.
