Purpose
Lids are available for Big Box containers of various dimensions. They are used to protect the contents, preserve the integrity of the containers, and prevent theft of goods. The special reinforced shape of the lid allows stacking containers.

Design description
The lids for Big Box containers are used to optimise logistics: when closed, the containers can be stacked. The lid's grooved shape helps to maintain balance. Due to their special shape, plastic containers do not slip and no tie-down straps are required for their transport, which leads to cost savings and convenience during loading and unloading operations. In general, containers with lids optimise warehouse space, reduce costs and ensure airtight.
The lids are available in sizes 99x63.5 cm, 120x80 cm and 120x100 cm. Their height is 3 cm, which is enough to form a coupling with the legs of the container above. They are one-piece, protecting against moisture, sunlight, dust, insects and rodents.
The standard colour is grey. It is the perfect colour for working with containers in a warehouse. It does not distract the attention of warehouse workers. The material used to make the lids is polyethylene (PE). It is lightweight, non-corrosive and easy to keep clean. Lids made of this material can be used in a wide temperature range of -40 + 60 °C.
Besides being heat-resistant, the lids are wear-resistant, which means they will not crack during use. The plastic itself is non-toxic, does not emit any harmful substances and can be used for storing and transporting food and agricultural products.
