Purpose
A multifunctional solution for a wide range of applications. We often use them in agricultural, automotive, pharmaceutical and food industries. Since the containers are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), we can also use them in freezers without harm to the goods and the container itself. The containers have a solid-cast design, which ensures impact resistance and strength. The service life can reach 20 years.

Description
One-piece molded plastic BigBox containers are produced by one of the leaders in the Eastern European market of large-sized plastic containers for special solutions in warehouse logistics.
The primary high-density polyethylene (HDPE) used in the production meets all environmental and hygienic standards, has certificates of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and the conclusion of the Sanitary & Epidemiological Station. This allows the crates to come into contact with the products without harm to health. Another special feature of the material is its resistance to low temperatures (from - 30°C), which makes it possible to use the containers directly in freezers.
The inner walls have a smooth surface, which protect the goods from unwanted impact during storage and transportation. The containers are reinforced with stiffening ribs on the walls and on the bottom of the product, so that the containers will not deform even when fully loaded (up to 600 kg).
To save space, you can stack the containers together to form a space-saving stack of up to five fully loaded containers. This means that you can store up to 3 tonnes of cargo without any clutter. It is possible to choose a container on skids, on wheels or on legs; this expands the range of applications.
The products have special drainage holes, which can be fitted with a tap or plug. This will be a very convenient option when working with liquids, as well as when washing and cleaning containers. We can also complete them with a cover to protect goods from moisture and dust.
Sklad Service provides a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year. However, the material and design of containers will ensure a long service life with proper care, at least 10 years.
