Description of the construction
Due to its compactness, operational properties, wear resistance and variability of application, the demand for modular buildings is growing every year. The modular construction market is expected to jump from $75.89 billion in 2021 to $114.78 billion in 2028.
It is worth noting that modular houses in assembled form are easy to store and transport in the right quantity at any distance. This does not require specialized transport, because, depending on the size of the modules, one standard truck can carry up to 20 units of structures.
For installation and disassembly, one machine (fork or telescopic loader) and two people are enough. The process takes 10 – 15 minutes. You can organize a single comfortable space by connecting several modules and adding various options: installation of heating or solar panels, installation of insulation, equipment with air conditioning systems. All this makes it possible to use modular houses in any difficult climatic conditions.
The stability of the structure is provided by a frame made of bent hot-rolled steel with a thickness of 4 mm with a treated surface. The walls are made of 60 mm thermal insulation sandwich panels with metal lining. The Sika roof is made of 80 mm thermal insulation sandwich panels with metal lining and has a lifetime warranty against leakage.
The highlight of the modular houses of Continest is a patented hinge mechanism. Thanks to him, it is possible to deploy the building by two people, since the mechanism allows you to make complex movements without the use of additional devices. It has a high efficiency and allows you to reproduce various trajectories of movement.
In addition, modular buildings have a CE-certified electrical system (220V 32A) with LED panels, built-in sockets, switches and distributors. This makes it a full-fledged premise for a long-term stay. Doors and double windows made of aluminum are rust-resistant, do not require special care and do not emit harmful substances under the influence of ultraviolet rays.
