Purpose
Fully automated horizontal balers solve the problems associated with centralised and large-scale waste management in many businesses that produce large volumes of paper and plastic packaging waste for recycling. They quickly minimise waste in a cost-effective way, helping you to improve your internal logistics.
Continuous baling allows for multi-shift operation, and a bale counter keeps track of throughput. The automatic balers are optimised for the following waste: paper, cardboard, film, plastic and thin metal. The models with the highest pressing force can even process wooden crates and pallets.

Design description
The design of horizontal presses "AVTOMAT" is represented by: a loading hopper, a pressing chamber, a pressing platform, a hydraulic system, a unit for grinding/cutting waste, an electronic curation panel, perepheria and additional optional equipment.
The AUTOMAT balers press up to 35-600 m3 of waste per hour into bales weighing 50-1000 kg, depending on the model, material density and bale size, with a pressing force of 10-100 tonnes. There are 7 basic types of automatic horizontal balers, which can be supplemented with a variety of options and accessories (e.g. perforator, conveyor belt, container unloading mechanism, remote control, lubrication tank cooler/heater, etc.).
The hydraulic system of a horizontal industrial waste compactor comprises the following main components: a hydraulic pumping station, a hydraulic cylinder, control valves, a lubricant reservoir, filters and pressure gauges. These components are connected by hydraulic pipework and work together to provide the pressure and force control required to compact industrial waste.
All the main active metal elements are made of high-quality stainless steel, which is subjected to special preliminary testing to ensure that it can withstand high pressure and last for a long time without losing its original shape and qualities. Welding of the enclosures is carried out in accordance with ISO 3834. Finishing of steel elements is carried out in three stages: degreasing, phosphating and polyurethane coating. Polyurethane paint has excellent performance characteristics: hardness, shine, flexibility, as well as resistance to abrasion, shock, weathering, acids and solvents.
