Design description
Perforated containers are available in a wide range of the most common European dimensions: from trays measuring 600x400x75 mm (10 kg capacity) to boxes measuring 600x400x420 mm (30 kg capacity).
Thanks to the ventilation slots that ensure air circulation, the container is suitable for transporting hot food. There is no condensation inside, and the perforations allow potential liquids to drain out. Plastic is easy to clean hygienically. Grease, resins and alkalis do not drill into the surface of the container material.
The walls and bottom are reinforced, so the containers can be stacked when full. This does not lead to a deterioration in their performance.
The containers are made of polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which makes them indispensable in warehouse operations. They have a smooth surface and are wear-resistant, which makes them suitable for use on conveyor lines of sorting centres and in production.
The containers are easy to grip: various modifications include open handles on all 4 sides and on two short sides separately. The handles are an integral part of the container walls and do not take up additional space. This ergonomics reduces the time for loading and unloading, as it makes it easy for warehouse workers to grip without the use of special equipment.
Perforated Euro containers are available in several colours. It is also possible to imprint them (logo, advertising, etc.). This makes it easier to perform picking, loading and unloading operations if the process is not automated.
