Purpose
Trays are universal containers for small-piece items. The model range has nine sizes, from 165x100x75 to 500x300x250 mm. Users can better adapt trays to their needs with the help of optional dividers. For example, you can use one container to store several articles without mixing them together.
We use primary polypropylene (HDPE) in production process, which ensures high strength of products. Stiffening ribs reinforce the structure and help hold the shape even with maximum loading of products. This allows you to stack the trays one on top of the other without deforming them.

Description
Trays are a universal solution for storing small products at productions and warehouses with a large turnover. With their help, you can easily optimize component selection process and reduce sorting errors. The largest manufacturer of large-sized industrial containers in Eastern Europe. Products made of high quality primary polypropylene (PP) are manufactured by high-pressure casting on die casting machines with a clamping force from 300 to 1300 tons (depending on the tray size).
Someone often compares plastic containers with cheaper substitutes made of corrugated cardboard, although this comparison is not entirely correct. Paper containers cannot provide proper reliability and goes unserviceable quickly. This typically results in damage to high-value contents, for example, if products fall off when being carried or stored because the crate is broken. Plastic trays, in turn, will help to organize a stable order in storage for many years of operation.
Ergonomic handles and a cut-out in the front of the trays make them much more convenient to work with small products than ordinary boxes or crates. The cut-out on the front provides free visual and physical access to content, which speeds up order picking.
We can use the trays on shelf racks as well as on racks for plastic containers, i.e. a special design for sorting and storing small-piece items. Due to the lack of shelves, metal ware racks provide the most convenient access to all trays, which makes them stand out against the classic designs. This improves a visibility of the contents and increases speed of operation.
The rear wall with an inverted-U-shaped cut-out ensures perfect integration of plastic trays and support bar of the rack. Due to this, an installation and removal of crates is fast and error-free.
The convenient shape of the handles makes it easy to grip and carry even heavily loaded trays. Label holders allow for easy organization of cell-based storage. The special shape of the top and bottom edge with multiple clamps allows for stacking of crates.
The standard colours of the trays are blue and red. Optionally, and for large orders, it is possible to manufacture trays in any other colour. In addition, for the individualization of containers, the application of the logo by embossing is available.
Sklad Service Company provides an official guarantee on trays and other containers for 1 year. However, with careful use plastic containers have a service life of more than 10 years.
