Design description

A hydraulic waste paper baler is equipment designed to package waste paper within its specifications. Such presses can reduce the volume of waste by 5 to 10 times. Vertical hydraulic balers are designed to handle paper, cardboard, leather, fabric, film, plastic, hay, thin metals and other types of waste.
This type of equipment can be used at small, medium and large enterprises in the utilities, agriculture, construction, food industry, logistics and car service sectors.
The functioning of a hydraulic vertical baler is based on the process of transferring pressure through a hydraulic system that moves the waste press platform. The hydraulic system comprises an oil station and a hydraulic cylinder.
Sound or light indicators greatly simplify the maintenance process and ensure a high level of safety for the operating personnel. The operation process is as simple and intuitive as possible, so there is no need to spend extra money on training. The pressing force of the hydraulic press is 10 tonnes, with a total pressing cycle time of 27 seconds. This is enough time for the operator to prepare a new batch of waste for loading into the press.
This type of equipment is characterised by relatively small dimensions of 803×760×2264 mm and can be used both in large industrial buildings and in medium-sized industrial and commercial premises.
