Purpose
Euro containers of economy series are universal containers. We can use them both for food and for other groups of goods in transport and warehouse logistics. The wide range of variants makes it possible to meet almost any requirement.
EU Containers are available with different variants of walls, handles and bottoms (for example, perforated ones for fruit and vegetables, reinforced ones for loads up to 50 kg). Besides, they are compatible with crates of KLT series, can be stacked and formed into sets on a euro-pallet.

Description
A production method is high-pressure casting. Euro containers are made of primary polypropylene with the addition of secondary raw materials, so their cost is lower than that of classic models; at the same time, functionality and resistance to external effects remain at the same level. Products of this category are black. Polypropylene has a number of advantages: dielectric properties, resistance to mechanical damage, water resistance and frost resistance. The material is resistant to all detergents and is slightly damaged by acids and alkalis. All this ensures a long service life, at least 5 years.
They are designed in such a way as to ensure maximum shelf life of products and convenient transportation. The trays have a solid or perforated bottom with open handles on the sides. Containers with reinforced bottoms can withstand up to 50 kg of cargo, and have high impact resistance, which prevents damage to the contents under impact loads. The products are compatible with R/RL-КLT systems, which makes it possible to stack crates and use them for automated processes in a warehouse.
As additional options, we can complete the crates with additional plastic dividers. The containers can also be equipped with covers for fixing, which makes them suitable for storing food products; at the same time, the consumer does not have to worry about the safety and security of contents.
The containers are quite ergonomic and with well-established logistics in the warehouse, they allow you to move cargo quickly to any point of the logistics facility due to a convenient design. Sklad Service Company provides an official guarantee on trays and other containers for 1 year. However, with careful use plastic containers have a service life of more than 10 years.
