Storage trays (economy series) are a universal integrated solution for storing small parts and spare parts. Nine tray typical sizes allow you to configure your racking for efficient use of space. The tray sizes allow you to store small parts in virtually any space and stack smaller crates on top of larger ones. Thus, you will be able to use the available space as efficiently as possible and not leave unnecessary voids at the same time. When stacked, we achieve maximum space saving and have easy access to parts.
This series differs in composition and price from the conventional trays due to the use of secondary raw materials. This option reduces the cost of trays by 15%; at the same time, the quality and functionality remain at the same level. The trays are made of polypropylene, which has several advantages: eco-friendliness, high dielectric properties, resistance to mechanical damage, water resistance and frost resistance.
Compact sizes, lightweight and special shape make it possible to move the trays easily. The sidewalls have gripping grooves, so that workers do not need any additional devices when carrying the trays, as they comfortably held them in their hands. The stiffening ribs are hidden on the inside of the case; this saves space and ensures the strength of the containers during transportation. The trays can be easily attached to a rack due to an inverted-U-shaped cut-out on the rear of the product.
For additional convenience, we can add options to the containers. For example, it is possible to install bridges of different lengths or widths to store different parts in one container, without mixing the different parts together. For product identification, transparent label holders are located on the front wall of the crates: this makes it easier to work in large warehouses with high turnover.
