Purpose
The BRICKET product family of automated presses quickly minimises large volumes of waste (cardboard, plastic, metal), reduces the need for internal transport, and helps to keep the premises clean. The presses do not have covers or doors, and the material can be loaded during operation. The finished briquettes do not need to be tied.
In addition, extra photocells can automate the start-up. The feeding of the material and the discharge of the finished briquettes can be easily integrated into system solutions. Thanks to its compact size and low noise level, this equipment can be installed indoors, close to the source of waste generation.

Design description
BRICKET balers are equipped with a reinforced bale chamber, hydraulic cylinder, lubrication station, electric motor, waste cutting unit, chute, photocells and light and sound alarm, electronic control, and additional accessories. The control panel is as simple and intuitive as possible, so there is no need to spend extra money on operator training.
The equipment line is represented by presses with 25 tonnes of pressing force and a compaction ratio of 20:1. All critical load parts are made of stainless steel. The body elements have a multi-layer coating: anti-corrosion, paint and powder protective layer.
The bale chamber is equipped with photocells that automatically start the bale process when the bale tank is full. Before the pressing process, an audible and visual warning is activated to prevent accidents among operators and maintenance personnel.
Additionally, the presses can be equipped with various types of briquette discharge chutes, mechanised elements for unloading waste containers, sound-absorbing plates, and heating and cooling devices.
