Purpose
An automatic rotating arm pallet wrapper is a highly efficient equipment for packaging goods on pallets. The function of wrapping with stretch film using a rotating arm allows for additional protection of goods that are packed on a stationary platform, which is especially useful for fragile, loose, and sensitive cargoes.

Description
The automatic rotating arm pallet wrapper is composed of the following units: a frame, an automatic lever with a carriage, a film gripping and cutting system, a conveyor line, a digital control panel, protective equipment and fencing, peripherals, and additional devices.
The frame construction consists of four interconnected columns made of durable stainless steel with multi-layer painting. The lever (arm) with a carriage and a mechanism for automatic cutting and sealing of the film are attached to the frame.
Since the machine is designed for maximum load processing speed (22 rotations per minute), the lever is fixed on a high-performance support bearing. The bearing does not require additional maintenance as it is equipped with an automatic lubrication system.
This model comes with a motorized carriage with pre-stretching of stretch film. The stretch film passes through two rollers that rotate at different speeds and pre-stretch the film up to 250%. The main advantage of pre-stretching is that the amount of film used is significantly reduced due to its ability to stretch. The carriage is equipped with a photoelectric sensor to determine the height of the load.
The film gripping and cutting system is universal and adapts to any surface of the load on the pallet. The film sealing system is equipped with a temperature regulator.
The electric panel is located inside a cabinet to protect it from accidental collisions, and the packaging machine is controlled through a touch screen located outside the protective covers, allowing the operator to easily control all functions of the machine via the Siemens touch screen.
The standard configuration includes a roller conveyor with pallet fall protection and recommended wire mesh fencing. The equipment is powered by a 1.25 kW electric motor. The model is equipped with a light and sound notification of the start of the packaging cycle.
