Purpose
This hydraulic stretch baler is designed for pressing bulky materials such as cardboard, paper and plastics. The material to be pressed must be evenly distributed in the chamber. The 18 tone hydraulic baler is ideal for companies with an average amount of packaging waste: shopping malls, supermarkets, medical facilities.
This model can handle small to medium packaging volumes with a 10:1 compression. Its low height makes it easy to transport and install, provides a wide range of space options and is ideal for applications where ceiling heights are low. The 18-tonne hydraulic press is characterised by a fast production cycle of 16 seconds and low noise levels.

Construction description
The semi-automatic mono baling press is equipped with a hydraulic system driven by an electric motor. The main structural elements of the vertical hydraulic press are hydraulic cylinders and an oil station that drive the pressing platform. The equipment is designed for operation in the temperature range of -10...+40°C. At temperatures below +5°C, it is necessary to use low-temperature lubricant and/or a heater. The body of the equipment is painted with two-component paint and a phosphorus-based powder coating to prevent corrosion and improve aesthetics.
The hydraulic baler is equipped with an upper door-actuated switch that prevents pressing when the upper door is open. When the upper door is closed, the lower door is automatically locked in the position below the upper door. Covers and guards cover the hydraulic lines and moving parts of the baler.
The press is also equipped with an emergency stop button and a lockable main switch to prevent unauthorised access to the equipment. The press is equipped with an automatic start of the pressing process. The electronic control panel also contains service indicators, buttons for selecting the baling material and bale height adjustment modes.
