Express audit aims to identify key points that hinder the company's development. To do this, we conduct an in-hous express audit – this is an analysis of processes directly in the client's premises. The manager inspects existing processes and creates a list of problem areas. The result of the express audit is an initial diagnosis of logistics processes with an indication of the directions of resource losses.
Complete audit — is a systematic analysis of business processes that based on the data obtained from the express audit, which also contains:
- Personal communication with line managers in various fields,
- Analysis of the correct operation of the information system and the data it contains,
- Identification of current and potential risks, taking into account the desired development outcome,
- Establishing the effectiveness of cooperation between the company's divisions: Logistics, Marketing, Finance Department, production division, staff, etc.,
