Design description
The bottle crates from the European manufacturer come in a variety of slots: 20 slots measuring 71x71 cm for beer bottles, 12 slots measuring 90x90 cm for mineral water bottles, 24 slots measuring 61x61 cm for glass bottles. The height of the slot partitions is sufficient to hold the bottles inside and protect them from micro-impacts during transport.
The boxes have reinforced walls and bottoms, which allows them to be stacked for storage and transport. The plastic used to make the boxes is certified. It is non-toxic, does not emit harmful substances and is easy to clean. The material of the boxes makes them indispensable and reusable.
The material is wear-resistant, which means that the crates can be used for several dozen cycles. The crates are used on automated lines and their smooth surface does not damage the line-bed.
The ergonomics of the crates include open-type handles on all four sides, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the processes of handling, sorting, loading and unloading from the vehicle. In addition, the sides of the crates can be printed (logo, advertising).
