Design description
The boxes from the European manufacturer come in the optimal dimensions of 600x400x180 mm. Such parameters are ergonomic for manual handling and allow them to be conveniently placed on pallets. The useful volume of the boxes is 30 litres. They are lightweight, which reduces logistics costs: you transport the goods, not the packaging, as one box weighs 1.6 kg.
The boxes have perforated walls and smooth bottoms. This way, they do not impede air flow and expand their scope of application: agricultural products can be transported in them without compromising quality, as the goods inside the boxes "breathe".
In addition, the boxes are certified in accordance with European food safety and hygiene standards. The material from which they are made, polypropylene, is durable and heat-resistant. All this allows the boxes to be used for transporting products of different temperature conditions (for example, fresh baked goods). The plastic itself is non-toxic, does not emit harmful substances, and is easy to clean. The material is wear-resistant, which means that the boxes will last for several dozen cycles of operation.
The boxes are used on automated lines, and their smooth surface does not damage the bed . In the case of manual handling, the boxes are equipped with closed handles, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the processes of handling, sorting, loading and unloading from the vehicle.
