Description
Smart archive rack consists of two main elements: (1) L-shaped struts with several bends that provide rigidity and are fastening elements of adjacent sections at the same time. (2) Solid metal shelves that are very easy to install due to self-locking hooks.
The design of the shelves includes several bends and a longitudinal brace, which ensures good strength and a minimum height of the shelf (30 mm). Such dimensions of the racking elements allow you to maximize the use of space for storing archives. When comparing the Smart racks to their counterparts where the height of the shelf can be up to 60 mm, this feature can add 1 extra shelf, which is 15-20% of the archive volume.
Struts and shelves can be supplied in two versions: galvanized metal or with powder polymer coating (the latter is a little more expensive). The advantage of powder coating is the possibility of individualising the equipment and the more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Metal thrust bearing enables the rack to be anchored securely to the floor. Adjacent sections are interconnected through bends in the struts or bolted together.
The easy assembly and height adjustment of the shelves (during use) is a special feature of Smart shelf racking. Performance of these tasks requires much less time than with other racks of Ukrainian or even European production.
