The functioning of the twin baler is to compress waste paper, plastics and other solid waste under the influence of a hydraulic system consisting of an oil station and a hydraulic cylinder. A special chamber measuring 1180x710 mm is filled with raw materials for compression, which are moved to the working area of the pressing platform, which compresses the waste under high pressure with a force of 15 tonnes. This cycle takes 27 seconds. This is the optimal time for the operator to prepare the next batch of raw material for loading into the hydraulic press. The weight of a bale of pressed material is 50 kg. The dimensions of the twin vertical press are 1195x787x460 mm.
