Purpose
An ideal solution for long-term storage of vegetables, fruit, semi-finished products and other food products for which air circulation is important. In addition, the crates are optimal in use for salting fish, cheese and dairy products.
Since the containers are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), you can also use them in freezers without harm to the goods and the container itself. The products have a solid-cast design, which ensures impact resistance and durability, as well as a long service life.

Description
IBox containers are a multifunctional solution for the transportation and storage of semi-finished products, spare parts and components in industrial logistics. They are suitable for use in intra-shop logistics, and optimized for work on automated warehouse belts.
The material used (high-density polyethylene, or HDPE) complies with all environmental and hygienic standards, which allows contact with products without potential danger to consumer health. The containers are characterised by their resistance to low temperatures (from - 30 °C). iBoxes are easy to clean and require no additional treatment, unlike their popular wooden analogues. In long-term use, plastic crates will be repaid. They are a better choice due to the longevity and durability of the material.
The robust design allows up to 6 containers to be stacked high, making maximum use of a rack-less storage volume. We can also mount iBox on racks with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg.
The iBoxes can also be fitted with special covers. In this case, the stored product will be completely protected from any external contacts. The main difference between these products from other series is uniform air circulation; thus, you can be sure of the freshness and safety of products at all stages.
In 2015, iBox containers became the winner of the competition and were included in the list of "100 Best Products" in their category. It is also important to note that these products have all the necessary licenses, in particular, the conclusion of a sanitary and epidemiological examination, as well as a certificate of compliance with the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015.
Sklad Service provides a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year. However, the material and design of the containers will ensure a long service life with proper care — at least 10 years of use.
