Description
The tilting platform is used to facilitate access to the open container located on it, which contains elements necessary for production, such as spare parts, fasteners, accessories, consumables, etc. The platform functions through hydraulic units, which are movably mounted on the inner surfaces.
These devices are placed either on the floor or other fixed surfaces or the lift table. The choice depends on site-specific requirements. If there are no plans to reconfigure the workspace soon, it makes sense to install a platform on a monolithic object. However, the purchase of a "lift table + tilting platform" set is usually reasonable. This is due to the greater versatility of this option: if necessary, you can easily change the height, or move it to another location with a crane or crane beam.
The rotary platform can be flat or U-shaped. The second option is especially useful in situations when you use hydraulic trolleys or electric pallet jacks to move goods through the working space. In this case, it is possible to place palletized cargo on the platform. This has a positive effect on the speed of supply of production, sorting and packaging lines with the necessary components.
