Purpose
The semi-automatic pallet wrapper is designed for fast and reliable packaging of goods placed on pallets in stretch film. The design of the model allows for the loading and placement of pallets on a rotating platform with the help of forklifts.
This equipment is widely used both in warehouses and in manufacturing facilities. Semi-automatic palletizers significantly speed up the processes of loading and moving goods. This model reduces the workload on employees when performing packing operations, and is much more productive than human labor. Thanks to the pre-stretching system of the stretch film, the palletizer saves consumables.

The semi-automatic pallet wrapper consists of the following units: rotating platform, bar with carriage for film feed, digital control panel, protective and additional components.
This model is made of stainless steel with a powder coating. This not only provides an aesthetic appearance to the machine, but also allows the pallet wrapper to be used in the food, pharmaceutical industries and for goods with aggressive substances. Also, this equipment can be placed both outside and in premises with a high level of humidity.
In the standard configuration, the platform diameter is 1500 mm and can process goods with dimensions of 800x1200x2200 mm. The base design of the rotating platform provides openings for forklifts at the front and rear. Special bearings provide a low coefficient of friction during platform rotation and high resistance to compression and deformation. In addition to the ability to adjust the number of film layers on the top and bottom of the pallet, the platform can be gradually started using an inverter.
The carriage with stretch film moves along the bar with the help of a transmission chain. The tension of the stretch film in this pallet wrapper is carried out by a carriage with an adjustable mechanical disc brake. The operator must fix the stretch film on the side of the pallet to start the wrapping process, and cut the film at the end of the process if there is no automatic cutting device provided.
The pallet wrapper is equipped with a 1 kW electric motor. This model has a controller with a color display. Each screen has an information icon that briefly describes the specifications of the commands on the display, with instant warnings of any errors during the work operations. The model has a light and sound notification system for the start and end of the packaging cycle. An optical sensor embedded in the bar determines the height of the load.
