Purpose
They are designed for the transportation of goods in soft containers by road, rail or sea transport. They meet the special requirements for the tightness of Big Bag and the absence of foreign objects, such as wood chips or studs. This eliminates the possibility of damage to the cargo during transportation.

Description
This series is characterised by the absolute absence of studs and other protrusions, which ensures the integrity of soft packs during transportation. The presence of technological grooves helps securely fix the bags with a strip tape. The strength of the pallets allows you to mount them on vibration tables and to withstand heating in a heat chamber up to +170ºC.
Primary polypropylene is non-toxic and environmentally friendly material, which allows it to be used for storing food and pharmaceutical products. You can use the pallets at temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C. They require little maintenance, can be quickly cleaned and disinfected (cleaning temperatures can reach up to +95°C).
They are designed to work with heavy loads: the maximum dynamic load is 1000 kg, and the static load is up to 2000 kg, while this method of transportation does not violate the tightness. The pallets of this series are more expensive compared to their wooden analogues, however, due to the possibility of repeated use without replacement and the absence of the need for special maintenance, this option is financially justified. This is possible because the design life is at least 10 years.
