Braces for non-standard cargo

Braces for racks are beams made of a square profile with brackets on the edges. They are placed between the traverses in such a way as to form transverse vertical slabs. This design allows you to place pallets with cargo or other objects on the rack that cannot be installed without additional supports due to dimensional discrepancies.

Another option for using braces is to strengthen shelves. This is usually used to increase the load-bearing capacity of chipboard or (less frequently) metal elements. In this case, not only piece cargo (pallets or large objects), but also massive containers with a small base or compact goods can be placed on the shelves.

There are two versions of braces for racks. In the first case, the top edge of the bracket is on the same level with the horizontal beam. On the opposite ends, there are edges that prevent the shelf from sliding beyond the rack. In the second case, the bracket itself acts as a limiter, this reduces the usable area slightly, but small containers are guaranteed not to pass between the braces. The choice of a specific option depends on the requirements for the warehouse design.
