Purpose
Low-built tables differ from their classic analogues primarily in their compact design. Thanks to it, the height of the device when folded is only 8 cm. This allows you to enter the cargo platform using a small fixed ramp, without using a ramp. Thus, it becomes possible to use hand trolleys (manual pallet jacks) during loading and unloading. This simplifies and reduces the cost of logistics processes.

Description
Low-built tables have the same design as standard models. They consist of a base, scissors, a hydraulic unit, a cargo platform and a control unit. The crosswise moving beams have a special shape so that they can be folded in as compactly as possible. This slightly reduces the load capacity. This design, on the other hand, enables the table to be made as compact as possible when folded down.
Another difference is the position of the electric control unit. To make the folded table compact, this element is placed in a special drawer next to the table. Some parts of the hydraulic unit, such as a pump and a grease tank, are also housed there. This reduces the height of the table when it is folded. Attention must be paid to the protection of external components when installing the table as the remote unit can be seriously damaged in the event of accidental damage (e.g. a heavy pallet falling).
Cargo platform dimensions, maximum load capacity and other technical parameters depend on the model. The choice of a specific option shall be made in accordance with the requirements of a separate warehouse.
Features of the operating process also depend on the shape of the upper platform. For example, to place cargo on a solid surface using a manual pallet jack, a small fixed ramp must be used. This is not the case with U-shaped platforms. The fact is that they are specially designed to make working with hydraulic trolleys as easy as possible. The bottom surface is about 1 cm thick, so you can drive over it without using fixed ramps. The shape of the platform allows the pallet to be placed on it without any problems and a manual pallet jack to be pulled out.
In addition to logistic centres, you can also use low-built tables in main shops, for transporting heavy goods and workpieces for further storage or transfer to a warehouse. This is advantageous if the premises are at different heights.
