Purpose
The line of multi-chamber presses is equipment for sorting and compacting waste of various types (paper, cardboard, plastic, film, thin-layer metal). Hydraulic multi-chamber presses come standard with two chambers, but they can be easily equipped with additional chambers.

Design description
The hydraulic multi-chamber balers comprise a metal frame, bale chamber housings, hydraulic system, press, protective covers and plates, electrical cables, belt holder, electronic control panel and manual controls and safeguards. The balers are equipped with a trolley for transporting bales.
The metal parts of the unit are made of steel. To prevent corrosion, reduce the effects of external mechanical damage and ensure aesthetics, the equipment is covered with several layers of coating: a base anti-corrosion layer, two layers of paint and a protective powder topcoat.
The baler platform is attached to a hydraulic system, which consists of the following components: electric motor and piston, hydraulic cylinder, oil tanks, pump, valves, control and measuring devices and peripherals. These models are characterised by a long stroke of the hydraulic cylinder piston, which makes it possible to produce high-density bales.
The balers must be equipped with a new safety brake. The operator must press the buttons on the two handles and then move the baling platform to the side. Releasing the button engages the brake on the bale platform. The new function increases safety and is implemented under the high demands of customers and the EN 16500 standard.
