Purpose
Metal shelves for racks are suitable for the storage of non-pelleted and small-sized goods. They permit storage of goods in storage bins in individual boxes and crates, rather than pallets. You can use these elements on shelf racks, which, in turn, are often installed in warehouses of finished products, in commercial and industrial premises.

Description
A metal shelf is a rectangular product made of sheet metal. For this purpose, steel alloys are used, which provide sufficient reliability of the product. In order to prolong the service life, the panel is galvanized, which prevents corrosion.
Unlike other materials, which are often used in shelf racks (such as chipboard, wood, etc.), galvanised steel does not corrode or rot. It fully complies with all sanitary and epidemiological regulations and is therefore suitable for food and pharmaceutical companies. Besides, metal alloy can be painted or enamelled, which not only prolongs its service life but also enhances the aesthetic qualities of the design.
The shelves have an embossed structure with stiffening ribs. This design allows the metal panels not to bend under the weight of a heavy cargo and maintain its integrity throughout the entire period of use. It also increases the shelf load limit.
Installation of metal shelves is carried out by the simplest possible method, i.e. simply by placing the panel on the rack. At the same time, there are special bends on the edges of the sheet, which prevent its unintentional displacement to one side with the consequent fall of the shelf itself and the load placed on it.
The size of the shelf depends on the type of rack used in a particular case. There are several standard sizes, however, if necessary, we can make panels of the desired size. You can also increase the maximum load by adding stiffening ribs.
