SULO waste bins with spherical lid

Description

SULO plastic bins are made of high-quality primary polyethylene made by low-pressure injection moulding (HDPE). The bins with a spherical lid are designed in accordance with DIN EN 840-3 and bear RAL GZ 951/1 quality mark.

The material offers many advantages: high impact resistance, resistance to aggressive media and low temperatures below zero, withstands frequent temperature variations below 0 degrees Celsius, and in contrast to metal bins, plastic containers are not corrodible. Besides, bins have a good degree of fire resistance; they do not ignite with an open flame, and hardly melting.

The unique design of the side grip (trunnion) is made to the full width of the bin wall and rests on the handles, which increases its reliability many times over. The front grip is reinforced with a honeycomb contour of reinforcing ribs for maximum strength.

The bottom of the bin has four reinforcement zones, which are directed from the wheels to the centre and evenly distribute the load (tunnel geometry). In addition, the bottom has a hole that is sealed and can be opened for easy cleaning of the bin.

The spherical lid tightly closes the bin, blocking the spread of odours and unwanted movements of the contents. You can fix a lid in three positions. The lid fasteners are equipped with springs on both sides, which allows you to close and open the container without much effort.

The lid and case have openings for closing with a conventional padlock. Side overhangs and water deflectors in the lid prevent rainwater from entering and prevent the lid from freezing in winter. With a variety of options, it is possible to optimize the lid for waste sorting.

The bin has four solid handles for easy movement, which ensures safe and simple handling, even when the bin is fully loaded. At the customer's choice, the handles can be both removable or built-in. Optional extras include a lid in the lid, 1-2 hatches, various locks, lettering and a foot pedal.
