Purpose
Horizontal presses in the mid-range price range, which are the optimal solution for companies with large volumes of packaging material and other types of production waste.
With a pressing force of 40-60 tonnes, the baler produces high-density bales with the most optimal weight and dimensions for logistics. Depending on the type of waste, bale weights range from 200-400 kg. The bales are tied up using manual labour. Thanks to their compact size and noise absorption, they can be placed indoors.

Design description
Structurally, the semi-automatic horizontal presses consist of the following components: a loading hopper, a press chamber, a hydraulic system, a pressing platform, photocells, an electronic control panel and additional options. Additional units include: different types of hoppers, converters, chutes,bin lifters, belt holders, light and sound alarms for automatic start-up, heaters/coolers for lubrication tanks.
All active elements of the press are made of stainless steel. The outer panels of the equipment have two layers of coating: a basic anti-corrosion layer and an outer layer (two layers of paint and a protective powder layer).
The hydraulic system drives the baling platform and consists of: hydraulic cylinders, long-stem pistons (for maximum compaction), lubrication tanks, pump, valves, electric motor, control and measuring devices, peripherals. If the equipment is installed outdoors, it is recommended to additionally equip the oil tanks with heaters/coolers.
The loading hopper is equipped with photocells, which, when the press reservoir is full, automatically starts the pressing process. Before the pressing process, a light and sound warning is activated to prevent dangerous situations among operators and service personnel.
