Purpose
Eurocubes (IBC) are medium-tonnage plastic containers used to store and transport a wide range of liquid and bulk cargoes. The main consumers of Eurocubes are companies in the oil, chemical, food, cosmetics, paint and varnish, and pharmaceutical industries.
The transport of hazardous goods and materials requires robust packaging that can withstand the harsh conditions of transport, which includes Eurocubes. Thanks to their robust construction, IBC containers are ideal for transporting flammable liquid hazardous goods, corrosive substances, chemicals and poisons.

Design description
Eurocups have a rigid external metal frame (frame). The frame is made of steel profiles and sheets by welding. Eurocup flask is made of low-pressure polyethylene and high strength. Usually a measuring grid is applied to the body of the Eurocup. Also, some containers are equipped, if necessary, with thermostatic elements for the transportation and storage of substances that are sensitive to temperature conditions.
In the upper part of the power flask, there is a filler neck, on which a polyethylene cover with an optional ventilation valve is installed. A drain tap is attached to the bottom of the flask, which can be screwed or welded. The crane does not stand for the dimensions of the cube.
The IBC is equipped with a plastic pallet and is transported using a forklift. This type of pallet is ahead of wooden pallets in many respects. Plastic pallets are easier to clean, do not require special treatment with sanitising agents, do not change weight, but cannot be repaired. The impossibility of repair is not very important, due to the long service life, which, if the standards are followed, can last for more than 10 years.
