Design description
Euro containers with a lid are made of reinforced polypropylene, which makes them suitable for use in a wide range of temperatures without fear of acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. Plastic is easy to clean, non-toxic and recyclable. Plastic containers have low moisture absorption and high electrical insulation properties, which makes them frost-resistant, gives them good adhesive properties and high wear resistance.
The Euro containers are equipped with a lid on solid hinges, and the locking and opening system itself works without additional effort. The lid cannot be removed, but it can be tilted all the way back. Such a non-removable system eliminates the loss of the lid, at the same time does not complicate the filling or removal from the container.
Euro containers with a lid have a wide range of dimensions: from the tiny 200x150x135 mm to the large 800x600x435 mm. The useful volume of a large Euro container with a lid and handles of various modifications (closed and open) is 172 litres.
As for the handles, they are available in open and closed formats. Both options are convenient for carrying the container and are part of the walls without protruding from the container. Closed handles allow you to maintain the integrity of bulk materials, small parts, accessories inside the box during transportation and other operations with it: lifting, turning, carrying, stacking. Open handles allow for easier gripping, but there is a risk of small and/or loose goods spilling out through the handle holes that are part of the container walls.
Euro containers with a lid are made in a practical, non-easy soiled grey colour. It is possible to individualise the containers by printing (logo, advertising, etc.). This makes it easier to perform picking, loading and unloading operations if the process is not automated. Thanks to the properties of plastic, it can be easily moved along the conveyor line without catching on the edges and damaging the conveyor belt.
