The boxes are two-colour, 600x400 mm in size, optimal for production, conveyor lines and transport on 800x1200 mm Euro pallets.
In production, boxes are used for sorting and picking operations. The two-colour structure of the box is a cost-effective way to optimise the process. The worker or picker visually determines which of the boxes should be selected for filling by colour. This significantly saves time during picking operations. In addition, the boxes can be stacked depending on whether they are 50, 70 or 80% full, which allows for optimal use of the warehouse or vehicle space. All this without compromising the quality of the goods inside. This way, you can adjust the stacking height yourself.
The two-colour boxes are ergonomic and have two types of grip handles (open and closed), so they are of great interest for manual handling of products, which speeds up the processes of not only processing, sorting but also loading and unloading from the vehicle. A wide range of sizes allows them to be used both for small pieces of goods and for large components and parts.
