Purpose
They are designed for storage and transportation of electronic components. The containers are made of high-quality compound in accordance with the standards of protection against electrostatic discharges. Perforated and solid models are available. The range of applications is quite wide: we can use these crates in warehouses, workshops and plants where a large number of small parts are used. It is possible to stack containers and form structures, while protecting the contents from damage in the warehouse.

Description
EU Antistatic plastic crates are resistant to external damage because they are composed of primary raw materials. The manufacturing technology is high-pressure casting. We use polypropylene and low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) as materials and offer several advantages: dielectric properties, resistance to mechanical damage, water resistance and frost resistance. The material is resistant to any detergents and is not damaged by acids and alkalis.
The containers can be completed with a cover to lock and prevent contact of the contents with air and liquids. The ergonomic design allows you quickly move containers anywhere in a room.
The shape and elements of the crates are designed in such a way as to ensure maximum shelf life of the products and convenient transportation. The containers have a solid or perforated bottom with open handles on the sides. Models with reinforced bottom can withstand up to 50 kg of cargo, and are highly impact resistant. It is also possible to stack crates and use such segment designs for automated processes in a warehouse due to compatibility with R/RL-CLT systems. We can provide additional plastic dividers as additional options. This will allow you to divide the container for sorting and separating different small parts.
The material contains special diffuse materials that provide electrostatic stability. Thick walls and stiffening ribs make the crates strong and durable, which reduces financial costs in production by increasing the service life to 10 years or more.
