Purpose
Flexible posts protect warehouse structures, equipment and building elements against all types of impact. They can be used to prevent deformation of walls and intermediate slabs (e.g. constant impacts of an opening door), and other objects. The flexible design ensures that the vehicle remains undamaged.

Description
Flexible posts are installed in close proximity to walls, load-bearing columns, equipment and other objects potentially exposed to mechanical impact. Such posts play the role of a buffer that protects the structure from impacts from vehicles, special equipment, as well as doors and wicket doors: they can also damage the wall, although without breaking the strength.
MPM (Italy) manufactures these protective posts. A special material of the polymer group is used, patented under REFLEX brand name. This raw material is MPM’s proprietary and is distinguished by its high specific strength, resilience and resistance to impact loads.
The posts themselves have a very simple, but at the same time stable and reliable design. You can install them using anchor bolts, without the need for complex and costly equipment. The flexible posts are divided into two categories depending on the manufacturer's intended impact load capacity.
ROD PE 70 and GRD 90 models with a height of 266 mm and 433-560 mm respectively have been developed to withstand impacts from handcarts, doors and other lightweight objects. The first version has a cylindrical shape and the second has an oval cylinder shape with one flat side. ROD PE 120, GRD 150 and GRD 200 models are designed to withstand collisions with self-propelled machinery (e.g. forklift or electric trolley) or vehicles.
