Purpose
BFLEX series protective elements maintain the integrity of the end faces of racks and certain other types of warehouse structures. They are primarily used to protect against shock effects in case of accidental collisions of machineries (forklifts, stackers and electric trolleys) with racks. Certain models (BFLEX.FRONT/2 and BFLEX.COM/2) are also used as pedestrian safety barriers and enhance the safety of staff on the site.

Description
BFLEX protective elements are segmental anti-shock structures consisting of two vertical supports and one or two (depending on model) horizontal barriers with built-in shock absorbers. This significantly reduces the level of impact on the structure and in most cases prevents the end part of the rack from collapsing.
The manufacturer of this range is MPM (Padua, Italy). The material used is REFLEX, a patented techno polymer that has no equals anywhere in the world. This material has a high impact strength and resistance to heavy loads. Furthermore, like other polymers, it is very corrosion-resistant (unlike most metals).
BFLEX.FRONT/1 and BFLEX.COM/1 models are designed specifically to protect the end parts of warehouse structures. In the first case, we are talking about single racks, and in the second — about double racks. In turn, BFLEX.FRONT/2 and BFLEX.COM/2 are used for fencing pedestrian paths in a warehouse or production. This solution significantly increases the safety of staff due to the lack of access to potentially dangerous areas.
