Design description
The crates are available in a wide range of modifications, not only with perforated walls, which is essential for transporting live birds, but also in different sizes. There are long boxes with dimensions of 970x380x118 mm and 1160x758x255 mm, with perforated walls and bottom. Considering the possibility of stacking, this allows you to transport live birds in compliance with all safety standards. Both young and adult birds can be transported in the boxes. The walls themselves have a different density of ventilation slots that allow air to circulate.
The lids deserve special attention. All of them have a perforated structure, and some of them are of the sliding double-leaf type, while others are single-leaf. This shape of the lid, together with the perforated walls, ensures comprehensive ventilation and makes it easy to carry out logistics operations with the crates.
The plastic is made of recycled material. It is non-toxic, does not emit harmful substances and is not harmful to poultry. The certified crates are ideal for transport, with smooth and rounded outer and inner corners. This minimises the risk of bruising and fractures during transport.
The ergonomics of the drawers include open-and-closed handles, which simplifies and speeds up the handling of the drawers. In addition, the drawers are available in a variety of colours to make them easier to sort.
