Design description
Stacking corners are a great budget option for turning ordinary containers into stackable ones. The corners significantly expand application of classic plastic containers, boxes, wooden boxes. The method of use is simple: they are placed at the corners of the main container, securing them at the top. In this way, the container/crate/box gets an additional support point for placing the next unit of packaging on top of it. Thanks to their precise shape, the corners allow for even weight distribution and block the displacement of the upper layers of the container.
The material of the corners is polypropylene (PP), which is a lightweight polymer. It is not subject to chemical attack, resistant to cracking, germs, bacteria, and rodents. It does not lose strength during steam sterilisation. Therefore, polypropylene corners are easy to keep clean and can be used for products for various purposes and types of packaging.
The angle weighs 64 g, so it does not add significant weight to the load space during transport or storage. The dimensions are 108x108x85 mm, which is sufficient to form coupling to the container on top. The useful volume of a single cargo unit is not lost. They are made in one-piece form and have a reinforced structure.
The standard colour is blue. It is highly visible during stacking operations, enabling warehouse workers to quickly place and remove containers.
