Purpose
The corner protection of the rack post prevents serious damage to warehouse structures due to collisions with machineries. The structure of the protective elements implies the presence of three shock absorbers, which have a damping effect. The height of the post is 51 cm; this provides reliable protection in collisions with lowered forks of forklifts and stackers.

Description
Corner protective posts are designed for installation in warehouses, in large logistics and transport complexes, as well as in production and commercial premises. These elements protect the underside of rack supports and other objects from damage in collisions with warehouse and other machineries.
The fact is that a heavy impact on the underside of the support structure deforms it, causing extremely uneven distribution of the vertical load. This, in turn, causes the entire rack to collapse and damages the contents of the rack.
Inside this corner post model are three shock absorbers arranged at a 45° angle to one another (there is a protected support on one side). These absorb shock loads enough to prevent damage to the rack. The cylindrical shape of the protection element also helps to reduce collision forces. This ensures that the impact is likely to be tangential and will not have a severe impact on the warehouse structure.
You can install it using four anchor bolts, which ensure that the protection element remains in a stationary position. However, in the case of reorganisation of the warehouse space, this connection simplifies the transfer of the protection elements.
