Design description
Box trolleys are a versatile, economical way to handle large volumes of products in narrow spaces of industrial, commercial and warehouse premises. The trolleys are made by European manufacturers. The material is polypropylene (PP) and transparent ABS plastic (MABS). Both are highly impactful and wear-resistant, non-toxic and easy to clean. In addition, MABS has mechanical properties similar to ABS, high chemical resistance and low specific gravity, which is important when manually handling the trolley during a work shift.
The trolley models are available with a frame and a platform. The platform is a solid, smooth surface area, unlike the frame, which is limited to the perimeter of the trolley. The trolleys are designed for boxes of 800x600 mm or 400x300 mm arranged in 2 rows. The load capacity varies depending on the model: 400 kg for the trolley with a solid platform of 800x600x200 mm and 250 kg for the frame trolley of 600x400x150 mm. Other models are also available.
One of the main elements of the trolleys is the wheels. There are various options available: polyamide and rubber wheels. Wheels made of polyamide are durable and can be used in the temperature range of -20 + 80 °C. This means that trolleys with such wheels can be used in fresh logistics warehouses to handle products of different temperature conditions. In addition, polyamide wheels do not leave marks when moving or braking sharply, do not damage the floor, and therefore can be used in pharmaceutical plants.
Rubber wheels are distinguished by their damping properties, which are excellent for dampening movement on uneven surfaces. They retain their performance in the temperature range of -20 + 50 °C. Trolleys with rubber wheels provide excellent traction and noise reduction, which is important for meeting the quality requirements for warehouse staff during the work shift.
The trolleys are represented not only by a variety of models and wheels, but also by the type of control. There are options with 2 steering wheels and 2 fixed wheels. All 4 swivel wheels are available. Similarly, there are models with and without brakes. Different colour options are available.
