Hiflow® is a powerful static bin tipper built around a patented comb-lift mechanism. What sets it apart from conventional tippers is its exceptional simplicity: just three moving parts with no hydraulic or pneumatic actuators whatsoever. The result is minimal maintenance requirements and an extraordinary service life even under continuous operation.
The fixed frame, fabricated from stainless and coated steel, is bolted to a foundation or structural element. The standard HF1800-3 provides a tipping height of 1800 mm with an overall machine height of 3460 mm. Doors open to 2355 mm wide, allowing easy loading of even 1100 L containers. The machine simultaneously processes two standard 80–240 L bins or one large 660/1100 L container.
A 0.75 kW three-phase motor running on 380–415V (max draw 1.9 A) with a 24VDC control circuit and metal cover guards allows Hiflow® installation in any environment. Standard IP55; optional IP66 or IP69K for wash-down zones. Safety rating CAT1/PLc (optional CAT3/CAT4). Flexible configuration supports deployment as a standalone unit or integration into industrial waste-processing systems by OEM integrators.
