Description
They provide maximum efficiency of construction footprint when it comes to large volumes of mono pallet storage and a high degree of turnover. As the structure can be up to 40m high, and the distance between racks is little more than the pallet itself, the storage density of such a system is 5-7 times greater than that of standard selective pallet racks (up to 12m high).
The use of high-tech stacker cranes for pallet handling and racking ensures a capacity of up to 40 cycles per hour in each corridor. Reliable equipment and special sensors guarantee safe operation and ensure the accuracy of operations at the level of 99.99%. For storage volumes of 10,000 pallet spaces and more, the system saves the labour costs of a few dozen people, making the investment even more attractive in the long term.
